As Praetorian’s Vice President of Finance, Fahim oversees all aspects of Strategic Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Accounting. With more than 15 years of experience in finance and banking, Fahim has established a strong track record of guiding high-growth companies through periods of rapid expansion and transformation.
Prior to joining Praetorian, He served as Vice President of Finance at Stoplight, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company and supporting its successful acquisition by SmartBear. Earlier, he served as Head of FP&A at Turnkey Vacation Rentals, contributing significantly to its acquisition by Vacasa and subsequent IPO.
Fahim holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. He serves on the Austin Advisory Board of the CFO Leadership Council.
