AUSTIN, TX — May 25, 2021 — Praetorian, a cybersecurity company on a mission to make the world safer and more secure, announced today the expansion of its leadership team with three new executives: Richard Ford, Chief Technology Officer; Taylor Pierce, vice president of sales; and Neil Bahadur, vice president of operations.

Richard Ford brings more than 25 years of offensive and defensive cybersecurity experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer. During his career, Richard has held positions with Cyren, Forcepoint, Virus Bulletin, IBM Research, and NTT Verio. Richard holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and D.Phil. in Physics from the University of Oxford.

Prior to joining Praetorian as VP of Sales, Taylor Pierce spent 10 years in strategic account and leadership roles at Cigital, Synopsys, SourceClear, Veracode and ZeroNorth. Taylor holds a BA in English from Hampden Sydney College.

Neil Bahadur joins Praetorian as VP of Operations. He brings more than a decade of experience with companies including Cigital and Catalytic, developing programs that combine the best ideas and practices into efficient, valuable customer and partner solutions. Neil holds an MS in Information Assurance from John’s Hopkins and a BS in Computer Science from University of Maryland.
