Data Retention
We retain your personal information as follows:
- California (CCPA): 4 years if not hired.
- Other U.S. States: Retention in accordance with company policies and applicable state laws.
- UK/EU: 3 years if not hired.
- Other jurisdictions: Retention in accordance with local laws and company policies.
If hired, your information becomes part of your employee record and will be retained per our internal policies.
U.S. Privacy Rights
Applicants residing in certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), and Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA).
