Vice President, Consulting Services

Position Overview: Praetorian is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished individual to lead its team of elite security consultants. We are seeking candidates from the top 5% of the industry to join our ranks. As the Vice President of Consulting Services, you will be responsible for implementing the strategic direction of Praetorian’s security service offerings, and will be required to apply your knowledge, experience, and keen intellect to carry out the following job functions: manage individual contributors and projects, identify opportunities for and implement operational efficiencies, closely support sales and marketing, expand service offerings and overall revenue, and carry P/L for the division.

Qualified applications must also be prepared to roll up their sleeves to perform technical execution on client engagements. In this capacity, you will also be responsible for leading, directing and executing client-facing engagements that include application penetration tests, source code reviews, threat models, software security requirement reviews, and Praetorian's strategic consulting offerings. Qualifications: Successful candidates should have:

  • 6-10 years of information security consulting experience
  • 2-5 years of experience managing security consulting teams
  • Strong understanding of software and application security
  • A proven track record of strong leadership experience in information security services
